It is important for Desiree to know that her jewelry has the best quality and is socially responsible which is why she only works with local partners based in Germany known for their long tradition in the gemstone and jewelry making industry. With family owned businesses passed down from generations, the partners share the same passion as Desiree to only offer exceptional quality produced locally and with transparency. What is vital to her is to focus on the slow fashion mindset which is the reason she produces timeless designs with a strong focus on outstanding quality.

Pforzheim has long been known for its jewelry making tradition. Even today around 80% of Germany’s jewelry exports are produced in Pforzheim. Pforzheim and the Enzkreis account for a total of around 11.000 employees in the jewelry and watch making industry and many jewelry designers are still based in this area.

Shipping and Returns

We currently only ship to Germany.

All deliveries are insured against theft and accidental damage. Insurance coverage expires once you have received the package.
Shipping is free of charge for all orders (not including express delivery).

Once we receive your order, we manufacture our products for you by hand. This is an intricate process and may result in shipping times of up to three to four weeks. While we do not accept returns as each piece is made-to-order, we can work together to change your item within 5 days of delivery. If we have your item in stock the delivery time will be a few days.

Delivery Time

Because every piece is individually designed please understand a longer delivery time of at least 3-4 weeks. Once your order is placed we will be in touch with a more detailed delivery time.
